Terms of Service

GENERALI WILL DRAW✦ Original character with references provided.
✦ Some animals (kindly ask).
✦ Fan-art of any character with references.
✦ Real person (based on photo only).I WILL NOT DRAW✦ NSFW characters.
✦ Drawing with zero references provided.
✦ Full mecha/robots.YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE✦ References of what you want me to draw (character, photo of a person, object e.t.c.).✦ Additional instructions or description on the painting e.g. facial expression preferred pose if wanted, what they are doing, e.t.c. If you don't have an additional description you can always provide reference images of what you want.PAYMENTS✦ All payments must be made before the sketch is sent. A deposit of 50% must be made before a sketch is provided, but 100% is required after sketch is sent.✦ Payment methods depending on location would be discussed privately.REVISIONS✦ I allow 3 revisions. A sketch will always be sent before i proceed with the artwork. Also, i will send a mid-way progress shot to you as well. But immediately after the sketch has been approved, no more revisions would be allowed unless a deposit of 5USD (5,000NGN) is made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY✦ I may finish before the deadline and I will always communicate if the commission will be delivered later than the deadline. The deadlines I put are the average deadlines, which could vary per piece and also depending on the number of extras -props, characters - you need. For example, an additional character would be an extra 5 days.USE✦ Personal use of my art is completely fine; there's no need to ask if you can use it or post it anywhere although I own rights to post any commissioned work on my socials and you cannot sell or gain any monetary gain from the commissioned work unless it was specifically a commercial commission.PRINTS
✦ Currently, all my prints are made for only Nigerians due to shipping issues and other problems that would be resolved in due time.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS✦ I have the right to post commissions on my social media and make prints unless specified not to.✦ Commissioned pieces cannot be used for AI purposes.✦ I have the right to decline any commission.✦ Commissions cannot be refunded once the sketch has been sent and approved.REFUNDS
✦ No refunds are allowed after the sketch has been drawn and approved!COMMUNICATION

✦ "Am I allowed to post the art that I have commissioned from you on my social media account?"⋆Yes - with proper credit.✦ "Am I allowed to use the art that I have commissioned from you as my profile picture?"⋆Yes - with proper credit.✦ "Will I own all the rights to the artwork that I commissioned from you?"⋆I own all rights to my art to display them as commission samples, portfolios, etc. I can however not use your commissioned piece to sell as prints or anything that will give me any sort of profit whatsoever.⋆In addition, you cannot sell or redistribute the art that you have commissioned me to draw, even if it's of your OC unless said piece was specifically a commercial commission.✦ "Can I commission you to sell / commercial-uses? (logo, prints, pins, channel banner, namecards etc)"⋆Yes you can.✦ Can I get a half-body commission for your Valentine's special?⋆No I currently don't do half-body commissions under the Valentine's special.✦ When I commission you for a print. Do I own any rights regarding the piece?⋆You cannot sell copies of my prints. If you want, you can share the said print on socials but without any form of monetary gain.✦ Do I get a story of the artwork from commissioning a piece?⋆Yes. Majority of my artworks tell a story one way or the other. A card with the illustrations story would be given - if a story is perceived or requested.✦ "What will I get from the sticker sheet?"⋆You will get 8 stickers.✦ "Do you provide other forms of commissions?"⋆Some of the commissions I do are not here because of low demand. I would advice you tell me what you would like and if I don't provide such services I would let you know.
